The project was conceived to draw inspiration from classic and traditional design elements while imbuing them with robustness suitable for exploration. This approach results in a perfect blend of elegance and sportiness.
The four layout provides unmatched flexibility in terms of its length and volume, offering numerous configurations and customization options for the owner's preferences. Breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook a private Jacuzzi, lounge, and bathroom area. The owner's area boasts an integrated chaise lounge balcony, where they can recline and enjoy views of the sea.
Sagasu concept harmoniously merges the versatility of an explorer yacht with the contemporary design of a modern yacht. In its execution, all elements seamlessly integrate to produce expansive and commanding outdoor spaces, both at the aft and forward sections.
The exterior design has been meticulously crafted to become a modern classic masterpiece. It showcases sleek lines at the stern while projecting a robust and assertive explorer aura at the bow.
A notable feature includes the flush-to-waterline window on the hull, forming a floating central island encased in glass. Furthermore, a bespoke detail has been incorporated, guiding the viewer's gaze around the entire vessel.

"Archipelago"
DARWIN 102’
The hull of “Archipelago” is the fifth of the Darwin Class 102’ displacement hull design. The development of this concept started with the hull of the Darwin Class and proved to be absolutely efficient and seaworthy, being able to perform several ocean passages.The hull optimization was carried out using also the CFD analysis and the majority of the efforts were concentrated in the design of the forward part of the hull to find the suitable shape that avoided side effects like the increase of drag or wave making despite the absence of a bulbous bow.The flared bow was designed combining aesthetical and functional aspects to meet Owner’s wishes for a classic feel and for helping to keep the deck dry in rough seas

The Columbus Classic 80 M when launched will be Hydro Tec’s flagship vessel in every way. Using the holistic and creative approach that is typical at Hydro Tec our designers and engineers created a full-displacement superyacht, with steel hull and aluminium superstructure. The design of the new Columbus 80 M uses the ethos of less is more, composed of clean crisp sweeping lines which blends contemporary elements seamlessly with classic proportions. This creates an elegant and timeless aesthetic, paying tribute to a bygone era of graceful ocean liners.
